Economico subprocessors
The active approved providers for hosting, sign-in, monitoring, and platform billing.
Effective September 29, 2026. This is the Approved Subprocessors list referenced by the Economico company order form when it includes the Common Paper DPA schedule.
| Provider | Status | Processing task | Processing location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Active | Host the application, business data, backups, network security, and transactional email delivery. | United States and Cloudflare’s global service locations. Cloudflare’s published subprocessor list describes its own providers. |
| Active | Authenticate users who choose Sign in with Google, using their email address, its verification status, and their Google account identifier. | United States and other locations used to provide Google services. | |
| PostHog | Active | Product analytics and error monitoring using account and technical usage events; ledger content is excluded from telemetry. | United States, through Economico’s configured US ingestion endpoint. |
| Stripe | Active | Process platform billing details, payment methods, invoices, and payments when a customer upgrades or is billed. | United States and other locations used to provide Stripe services. |
An AI agent host selected and authorized by a customer is controlled by that customer, not by Economico, and is not an Economico subprocessor. Google receives sign-in information only, never ledger content. Stripe is listed as an active provider for payment processing. No card is required to start on Solo.
Under DPA 1.1, we give affected customers written notice at least 10 business days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Customers may object within the period described in the DPA by contacting notices@economi.co. The current privacy policy describes other disclosures.
