Solo is free for a founder: the full product, any number of agents and 100 events a month for light bookkeeping. One flat price per company for a team, and no fee on your revenue. No card required.

No fee on your revenue, and no charge per agent, seat or API call. Startup is billed monthly on the day you started, or yearly, both in advance. Its monthly event allowance resets on that same start day. Startup is a separate agreement the company accepts. Its invoice can be charged to a saved card or Link, or paid through an offered MPP or x402 method. Prices exclude taxes. Extra events are charged in blocks: $5 for each started 100 on Solo and each started 500 on Startup, so one extra event costs $5. History you record dated before your business joined Economico is a historical import with a separate one-time allowance; upgrading raises the total to 10,000 rather than granting another 10,000, once Startup's first fee is paid (not during a previously accepted trial). History past the allowance counts as ordinary events. All recorded history stays available after downgrade.

What counts as an event

An event is one change your books record

A new customer, a contract, an invoice, a bill, a payment received or made, a document attached, a correction. One thing you ask your agent to record can be a few events.

Solo covers light ongoing bookkeeping. A company recording thirty or so invoices, bills and payments a month uses around 100 events a month. Economico's own books, kept since April 2026, hold about 350 events in their whole history.

Reading is free. Reports, balances, statements, searches and exports never count.
Questions are free. Asking your agent about your numbers does not change the books.
Mistakes are free. Failed or refused requests, and retries of a request that already succeeded, do not count.
Our upkeep is free. Economico's own maintenance of your books is never counted.
Historical imports have a separate allowance. What you record dated before your business joined Economico comes in free, under a one-time allowance of 1,000 events on Solo or 10,000 on Startup once its first fee is paid, separately from monthly usage. Recorded history is retained.

YC offers

For companies verified as Y Combinator companies, from the day the company accepts Startup. The current-batch offer is for a company that signs up during its batch: for the Fall 2026 batch (F26), from October through December 2026. The discount covers the subscription; events above 1,000 a month cost $5 per 500, including during the free year. Earlier batches get the 10,000-event historical import allowance once their first YC fee is paid; the current batch keeps Solo's 1,000 through its free year, until its first regular Startup fee. Extra events are billed monthly, even on an annual plan. Share-link allowances are not enforced yet.
