Usage-based. One simple fee on your revenue. No subscription, no per-seat charge. Billed every 30 days, in arrears, in US dollars.
Sign up with your work email and your agent starts running your books right away — no waitlist, no activation step. Pricing is usage-based: you pay a small share of the revenue Economico helps you keep on the books. There is one fee. How you get paid — card, bank, or stablecoin — is your choice and carries no Economico surcharge. You add a payment card when you sign up, and Economico charges it automatically at the end of each 30-day cycle for that cycle's fee.

"Revenue" means your monthly accrual (GAAP) revenue, not a subscription figure and not cash received. YC founders pay nothing until their total recognized revenue passes $100,000 — a lifetime allowance, not a monthly reset — then 0.10% on revenue beyond it. Verify your YC founder status (create a link at bookface.ycombinator.com/verify and your agent submits it) to turn on that pricing.
Examples
- Standard, $3,000 revenue — 0.10% is under the $5 minimum, so $5.
- Standard, $40,000 revenue — 0.10% = $40.
- YC founder, $80,000 of revenue to date — still inside the first $100,000 = $0.
- YC founder, $150,000 of revenue to date — 0.10% on the $50,000 past the free $100,000 = $50.
