Pricing
You only pay more as you earn more.
Free to sign up. Free any month you recognize under $1,000 of revenue, then 0.10%. No minimum, subscription, or per-seat charge. Billed every 30 days, in arrears, in US dollars.
Signing up is free, and so is any month your business recognizes less than $1,000 of revenue. Sign up with your work email and your agent starts running your books right away — no waitlist, no activation step. Pricing is usage-based: you pay a small share of the revenue Economico helps you keep on the books. There is one fee. How you get paid — card, bank, or stablecoin — is your choice and carries no Economico surcharge. You add a payment card when you sign up, and Economico charges it automatically at the end of a 30-day cycle only when a fee is due.
Revenue fee
| Plan | Fee |
|---|---|
| Standard | Free below $1,000 of monthly recognized revenue, then 0.10% of the whole month's revenue ($1 per $1,000) |
| YC founders | Free below $10,000 of monthly recognized revenue — ten times the standard threshold — then 0.05% of the whole month's revenue, half the standard rate |
"Revenue" means your monthly accrual (GAAP) revenue — what your income statement recognizes for that month. It is not ARR or any annualized run-rate, not a subscription figure, and not cash received. A business on $11,000 of ARR that recognized $900 this month pays nothing this month. Both plans work the same way: the threshold is a monthly cliff, so at $1,000 a standard account pays $1 on the whole month's revenue. YC founders get the same shape with the threshold ten times higher and the rate halved — nothing below $10,000 a month, then 0.05%. That means a verified founder never pays more than a standard account on the same revenue, and pays strictly less from $1,000 a month up. Verify your YC founder status (create a link at bookface.ycombinator.com/verify and your agent submits it) to turn on that pricing.
