Team access

Let the right people, and their agents, into the books

The founder who keeps the books should not be the only one who can read them. Invite your cofounder, a teammate or your accountant with the access they need, and every agent they connect stays within it.

Shared logins are how books go wrong

At most early startups one founder holds the finance logins and everyone else asks them for numbers. When a cofounder needs to check a contract or the accountant needs the year's entries, the options are a shared password, a screenshot or a spreadsheet export that is out of date the day it is sent. Nobody can tell afterwards who changed what.

Invite by email, with the access each person needs

Ask your agent to invite someone by email with read, bookkeeping or administrator access. They sign in or create an account with that address and accept the invitation themselves; nobody has access until they do. Invitations expire after seven days, and you can list or withdraw the ones still pending. Ownership is never handed out by invitation.

Every agent works within its person's access

A teammate can connect their own agent, and it can never do more than they can. Economico checks the person's membership, what they approved for the agent and the token's own limits on every call, and each recorded command shows who sent it. Changing who is a member, transferring ownership and approving a cancellation happen only on signed-in account pages, so no agent can grant itself more. You get an email whenever a new agent connection is approved, with a link to revoke it.

Which plan includes whom

Solo is one owner and the agents they connect. Founders includes three people in total, counting the owner, with read or bookkeeping access. Startup includes unlimited people, administrators and custom permissions. Agents never count toward the number of people.
