Invoicing and receivables

Know what customers owe, and why

An invoice should point back to the deal and forward to the payment. Your agent can record that chain in the same books it uses to answer revenue and cash questions.

A closed deal is not collected cash

Founders often hold the contract in one place, the invoice in another and the payment confirmation somewhere else. Then a simple question becomes a search: what did we bill, what has been paid, and what is still due? Keeping those facts connected is the first step toward an answer you can explain.

Record the invoice from the contract

Your agent records the invoice against the customer's contract, with the amount, due date and supporting evidence. Economico posts the entries and keeps a statement of the invoice that cannot be edited later. The aging report and the revenue summary show what is still outstanding on posted invoices.

Ask about receivables
Record Acme's September invoice from our agreed terms. Show the amount due, the statement and the entries it posted.

Record payment when it actually happens

After a bank or supported stablecoin payment settles, your agent records the completed fact against the invoice and the financial account it reached. Economico updates the receivable and cash postings. It does not send money, watch a bank feed or match outside settlements automatically. Email delivery and automated dunning are also outside the current workflow.
