Documents and receipts
Forward the invoice, keep the evidence
The receipt folder is where bookkeeping stalls. Give your agent the invoice or receipt as it arrives: Economico keeps the original, reads it and either records it or tells you exactly what is missing.

Receipts pile up because entering them is nobody's job
A vendor invoice lands in email, a card receipt in a downloads folder, and the books fall a month behind. When someone finally catches up, half the receipts are missing and the other half no longer match a bank line. The cost was real the day the document arrived; the record of it should be too.
Keep the original, read it, record what is complete
Your agent hands Economico the document as a PDF, text or structured data. The exact file is kept with its name and linked to whatever it records. Economico classifies it and reads the amounts, dates and references, saying which ones it could not confirm. A complete vendor invoice or paid receipt for a vendor you already have an agreement with can be recorded as a bill or a payment, but only within the limits you set: which contracts, how confident the reading must be, how it was paid, and a total per day.

Anything uncertain comes back to you
A scanned PDF without selectable text is read and sorted but never recorded automatically, because its text cannot be checked against the page. Photos of receipts, invoices you send to customers, partial credits and general contract clauses are not recorded this way yet; your agent prepares the ordinary command for you to check instead. A receipt never implies the service was delivered, and a corrected invoice keeps the earlier reading in the history.
