See what each customer and vendor has committed to

Your Customers and Vendors lists show each one’s contract value: what a customer has agreed to pay you, and what you have agreed to pay a vendor. Open a customer or vendor to see their contract value, what is still to deliver or receive, and what was agreed and cancelled when anything was. A subscription with an end date counts every period of its term; one with no end counts one year, its annual value. A customer that leaves in its first year keeps the value of what ran. Usage-based charges are not included. Someone who is both your customer and your vendor shows each side on its own list, never added together.
