Replace a reissued vendor bill without owing it twice
The problem A vendor reissues an invoice under a changed plan, and recording it again can double what the books say you owe.
Your agent can explicitly name the bill a new recording replaces. The old bill and its lines reverse together with the new recording. Existing payments stay recorded and their credit applies to the replacement; suspected overlaps raise attention for your decision.
