Contracts and agreements

Start a contract over when it was set up wrong

The problem A customer deal was entered the wrong way, invoices already went out against it, and now every month’s revenue is off.

If your agent set up a contract the wrong way, for example with the wrong usage metrics, and recorded invoices and payments against it, it can now void the whole contract in one step. It shows you what will be taken back first. After the void, your reports read as if the contract never existed, for every past month, and money already paid stays with the customer or vendor as unapplied money. Your agent then sets up the right contract, records the same invoices and usage again and applies those payments to it. Nothing is deleted: the history still shows what was voided and why.

Event history says who and which document

In your workspace’s event history, a change to someone’s access now names that person by the email they sign in with, if you can see your business’s member list. The members page leads with each person’s email too. When two documents are linked, the history row names both, for example “Source document amendment-1 amends source document order-form”.
