Compare investor financing and open contract versions
Investor pages compare each investor’s outstanding SAFEs and convertible notes with the other investors’ balances, separately for each currency. Contract pages also link saved agreement versions, where you can read the terms and source documents behind each one.
Keep investor balances accurate after incorporation
SAFE and convertible balances follow your project into its company books. Later repayments and conversions reduce the outstanding amount on investor pages, while the original SAFE terms and purchase commitment stay attached. Dated reports preserve the balance at that date.
See SAFE terms beside an investor's holdings
The problem An investor asks what their SAFE is worth at the cap, and the terms live in a PDF and a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Your agent can record a SAFE’s valuation cap, pre- or post-money basis and discount in its agreement terms. Investor pages show those terms and, for an outstanding post-money SAFE, an estimate at the cap in the same currency. Missing terms stay unknown; the estimate stays separate from issued shares and does not forecast a future conversion.
See a founder's vesting schedule
The problem A board member or a new investor asks how much of each founder’s stock has vested, and the answer is a calculation someone redoes by hand.
Founder pages show the agreement’s vesting cadence and next scheduled date beside recorded vested and unvested shares. Each upcoming tranche is capped at the remaining restricted grant. Schedules that need evidence or facts keep those gaps visible.
