Vendor catalog, usage, credits, seats and renewals
The problem Setting up every vendor by hand takes hours, and usage bills, prepaid credits, seat changes and renewal dates still catch you by surprise.
Your agent can look up the vendors you pay in a shared catalog of public plans, by name, website, invoice sender or the descriptor on your card statement. The catalog covers 39 vendors a startup typically pays, plus standard agreements such as the YC post-money SAFE, each plan version linked to the pricing page and terms it came from. When a vendor is there, your agent adopts its plan in one step: the vendor, the plan and a contract at that version land in your books together, and you’re told if the seller name doesn’t match or you may already have that contract. Catalog plans show public prices; your own invoices remain the record of what you paid. You can also publish a plan you sell from the workspace, under your business or, once you’ve proved your domain, under your company name, and withdraw it later.
Your agent can record what a usage-priced vendor charges as it happens, attributed to a customer, a person, a team or a project, and check each estimate against the vendor’s invoice line by line. Anything that doesn’t match is flagged for you to decide on. Two new reports show each period’s estimate against the bill and usage cost by customer, person, team or project. Usage invoices carry the contract’s tax, or the tax the vendor stated.
Prepaid and promotional vendor credits are tracked as dated balances that bills draw down, with unused credit expiring on its date. Discounts and vendor credits apply to the bills they cover, and the full cost stays visible beside them. Seat changes during a term are prorated and trued up. A plan upgrade or downgrade mid-month stays on one contract: the original bill stays, unused time is credited and the new plan is billed to the end of the period.
Contracts can carry their term, renewal, notice period and cancellation windows. Your agent records renewals and notices, and a new report lists the notice, cancellation and renewal dates coming up.
See vendor cost shares and amounts still to invoice
Vendor pages show how much of your recorded cost of revenue comes from that vendor, in the same currency. Fixed-term contract pages show the amount still to invoice beside what has already been invoiced and paid. Variable and open-ended prices stay marked as unconfirmed.
More reliable invoice and receipt parsing
Receipts that include an invoice number keep their receipt classification. When the fast model is uncertain about a document’s type, a larger model checks it. Long invoices and receipts can use source-backed headers without hitting unused reference-candidate limits; uncertain financial facts still need review.
Invoice and receipt fields can be parsed before you choose a contract. If OCR cannot confirm a PDF’s readable text, its parsed fields remain available for review and recording stays blocked. Complete, verified documents still need the ordinary contract, ownership and recording checks.

Related parties and simpler bill payments
Your agent can mark a customer or vendor as related to your business and see that current classification alongside claims and unpaid bills or invoices. Recording a bill now returns the claim details needed to record its payment directly.
Bills and invoices in other currencies
A bill or invoice in another currency is booked at that day’s exchange rate. When you pay or
collect it, the difference between that rate and what the money actually came to is recorded
as a realized exchange gain or loss on that bill or invoice. If no rate is on file for a date,
your agent asks you for the rate on your bank statement instead of guessing one. Update the
skills to economico-skills 1.9.0 (npx skills add economico/cfo-skills, or the economico
Claude Code plugin) so your agent knows how.
Clearer card spending and iPad layouts
Card spending on priced vendor bills now shows the expense category, including bills paid before the expense is recognized. Contract pages follow the payments attributed to that agreement. On iPad, long activity prices leave room for the title, large Balances tables scroll within the report, and dates in document names stay together.
Hand your agent an invoice or receipt
Give your agent an invoice or receipt as a PDF or as text. It reads the document, tells you what it found, and records the bill or the payment you made, but only if you have allowed it to, and only for a vendor you already have an agreement with. Invoices you send to customers are not recorded this way yet. Anything it is unsure about comes back to you with the reason, so you decide.
Bills and payments recorded from a file link back to it. Files keep the names you gave them, and PDFs now open in Safari. Scanned pages are read and sorted but never booked automatically; only PDFs with selectable text can be recorded.
More accurate corrections and receipts
Your agent can now record a customer refund of unearned value together with the output tax returned to that customer. Vendor credit notes cannot reverse more input tax than the original bill charged. Receipts recorded after later contract activity can still settle an earlier open invoice, and corrected tax charges no longer prevent closing a sales tax registration.
