Contract value by contract, following price changes and refunds

Open a customer or vendor to see their contract value broken down by contract, each linked to it, with the total underneath. A subscription with no end date says when its figure is one year of it. Contract value now follows price changes: each month counts at the price that applied then, and a subscription still running counts a year at today’s price. When a contract ends with a refund for the unused part of a month, the refund is taken off.
