Agreements say what you get; payments say who paid

Your agent can model a service, usage allowance or ownership right with its own price and billing terms, then record delivery, invoices and payments separately. Paying a vendor from your personal card leaves an amount owed to you without changing the vendor agreement.

Refunds, reimbursements, unapplied money and investment funding now have their own payment records. Money in another currency stays in that currency’s books: an exchange or a payment across currencies records both amounts, and an overdraft is recorded as it happened. Existing agreements and recorded history remain intact.
