Economico agreements
Everything you agree to when your company signs up, in one place. Most of it is Common Paper's free, standard contracts.
How it works
When you set up your company, you accept one short order form. It says who you are, which plan you’re on (Solo, $0), and which standard agreements apply. You don’t negotiate anything, and nothing is hidden in fine print elsewhere.
- Every company gets the Cloud Service Agreement and the AI Addendum.
- Companies in the EU or UK also get the Data Processing Agreement. Anywhere else, an owner can add it later if you need one.
We keep a copy of exactly what you accepted. To read it, sign in and open Service agreement next to your company in your workspace.

The fine print
The Common Paper standards are published under CC BY 4.0, and your order form names the exact version of each. If your order form changes anything in a standard, the order form wins. The 2026-09-28 order form points to this frozen copy of the privacy policy, so later policy updates don’t change what you accepted. This page is for reference; reading it doesn’t create or change an agreement.
